As a platform serving the global Nepali diaspora, we also adhere to international best practices, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), ensuring high-level security for users outside Nepal.

We collect identifiers (Name, Phone, Address), citizenship/KYC details for taskers, and recipient data for international service bookings. All sensitive documents are encrypted and stored in secure local and cloud infrastructures.
